Hello everyone,
Most of us struggle with weight loss everyday. We all want to look slim and in good shape . I am not an expert but I have hundreds of blogs,books,articles etc on weight loss. I have lost weight in the past using simple tips and tricks . I am going to here help you lose the extra kilos slowly and steadily that will result in permanent weight loss .
First please know that by weight loss we mean fat loss. So never focus on the weighing scales as it will only scare you , depress you and leave you in darkness. Of course to have a start you need to know your weight but don't get obsessed with it. Let me explain several scenarios that will happen in weight loss.
Scenario 1.
If you are going to gym and lifting weights , doing cardio along with healthy diet then you will see a increase in weight . This is because even though you are doing cardio , lifting weights will increase your muscle density. This will result in healthy weight gain. * Muscle occupies less volume than fat .if you are not lifting weights but doing cardio then your weight will start to decrease.
Scenario 2.
If you are not doing exercise but following a healthy diet you will see a slight change in the weight. But this doesn't mean there is no good impact on your health. As long as you are eating healthy that means you are providing nourishment to the body for which you will body will thank you by being active and doing its job right.
Scenario 3.
If you are not doing exercise and not following a healthy diet you will see that the numbers on the scale go up consistently. Now at this point you definitely have to worry about the numbers on scale.
Scenario 4.
If you are doing exercise but not following a healthy diet then you will see that your scale numbers do not change , in some cases it may even increase. So keep in mind just because you are exercising it doesn't mean that you can eat whatever you want.

Yes Scenario 1 is the most ideal situation you want to be in. Having atleast 150 minutes of exercise a week and Healthy diet.
