Why diets don't work?
Oh boy .. I have heard numerous diets in my lifetime and I almost tried them all. No kidding there are hundreds of diets on the internet let me name few of them
Paleo diet
Juice diet
Smoothie diet
Protein diet
High carb low fat diet
Lowcarb low fat diet
water diet
GM diet
Atkins diet and the list is never ending.
Every now and then new diets pop up to attract the attention of desperate people who are craving to lose all the fat without doing hard work. I do not blame them(me :) ) they want a quick fix and look stunning in just couple of weeks. Let me tell you a secret that will make you realize and save money ..... DIETS DON'T WORK , PERIOD..!!
But you might say that my friend lost 20 kilos in 2 months by following GM diet or I saw my auntie losing 10 kilos in 10 days by just drinking soup. We all have heard the stories and got enthu tried and failed otherwise you wouldn't be reading this post or I wouldn't be writing this post.
Once the weight is off through these kind of diets and when you go back to normal eating you gain double the weight you lost in no time. Why?? Because you can trick your mind but not your body. Its that simple. Don't cheat your body. Stick to your normal diet with out having junk foods and you will observe the difference immediately.
