SalSa .. Get ready and dance :)
Hello Guysss ...
Its Sunday afternoon 'N' I am hungry and craving for something spicy and tasty . So I decided to make SalSa a very spicy dip for chips . It is very healthy because all the ingredients are fresh from your kitchen. You can find readymade salsa from grocery stores but you can make salsa in couple of minutes fresh , healthy ,tasty and no preservatives. Usually Salsa is served with tortilla chips , but you can serve salsa with any other chips. So lets get to it and start preparing ..!!
You need:
Tomatoes: 2 , finely chopped
Onions: 1/4 , finely chopped
Green chillies : 1 , finely chopped
Lemon juice : 3 Tbsp
Coriander/Cilantro : 2 Tbsp finely chopped.
Salt : Adjust to your taste.
Method:
1. So finely chop tomatoes, onion, green chilly, cilantro as shown in pictures.
2. Toss them together very well.
3.Add the lemon juice ,salt and mix very well.
4. Garnish with cilantro to the mixture and now its ready to serve with your chips
5. Alternatively you can add all the ingredients in a food chopper/processor and finely chop them in a minute but remember cleaning your chopper/processor takes time :)

Tips
1. For the salsa you need to chop the tomatoes, onions, chillies very very finely .
2. If you want you can remove the seeds of the tomatoes, but really there is no need to do that because it doesnt make any difference.. but again its upto you.
3. I only used 1 chilly because I used thai hot chilly but again please adjust the number of chillies you use according to your taste.
4. To give an Indian touch to my Salsa I added 1 small teaspoon of cumin/jeera powder and it really gave a great taste n flavor. You can also add any other spice powder but you know don't contaminate the salsa with so many foreign ingredients.
Stay Happy Stay Healthy :)
