Hello guyss ..

Now-a-days I am eating lots of sandwich for my breakfast, lunch, dinner ... It is so tasty I couldnt resist eating them .. to add a healthy touch to my sandwich I added sprouts as a main base to the filling , and So I named it as Sproutswitch :P .. So lets get to work and see how to make them ..






























You need :


Bread slices : 4 
Onions: 1 Small chopped
Green chillies : 5 Chopped finely
ginger : 1 small piece finely chopped
Sprouts: 1 cup
Mix veggies: 1/2 cup , I used frozen one's
Corn,Beans : Handful, I just added some more :)
Tomato: 1 finely chopped
Curry / chaat masala : 1 Tbsp
Salt : adjust to taste
Lemon juice: 1 tsp ( optional)
Oil: 1 Tbsp
Water : 1 cup

Method:
1. Heat the pan and add the oil , add the onions ,ginger ,green chillies and fry them.

2. After frying them enough, add tomatoes and fry them for 2-3 minutes. 

3. Add sprouts, mix veggies,corn,beans and add cup of water . Let them cook for 5-7 minutes.

4. After cooking them add salt, masala,lemon juice to the curry.

5. Thats it , it ready to make sandwich. 

6. Now place the bread on the sandwich maker and spread the curry on the bread. I also added cheese for an extra taste but it is completely optional .. so close the bread slices with the other slices , switch on the sandwich maker.

7. When they are ready serve them hot with any chutney.

Tips:

You can use the filling curry for rotis, chapatis.

Lemon juice is optional

Instead of masala's you can just use chilli powder.

If you dont have a toaster , try cooking in a shallow pan.
